PPC Herbs Stress Plex, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve the symptoms of:

• Stress
• Mild anxiety

and reduce nervous tension.

2-5mL three times daily. Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.

Each 5mL contains dry herb equivalent to:

• St.John’sWort herb top flowering, Hypericum perforatum 625μL equiv. dry 625m
• Lemon Balm leaf, Melissa officinalis 750μL equiv. dry 750mg
• Passion Flower leaf, Passiflora incarnate 625μL equiv. dry 625mg

Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol and peppermint essential oil

StJohn’sWort may affect the way some prescription medicines work. Possible interactions with anti-anxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, anticancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressant’s, and/or contraceptive medications. Talk to a healthcare practitioner before starting therapy if the patient is taking medications for the stated conditions. Safety during pregnancy and breast feeding has not been evaluated.
