Nature's Own Eye Care contains antioxidant nutrients Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Zinc to support healthy eyesight and eye function.

• Retinol Acetate (Vitamin A 3000IU) 900micrograms retinol equivalents 
• Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 6.5mg 
• Sodium ascorbate (equivalent Ascorbic Acid 100mg) 112.5mg 
• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 150mg

No added lactose, artificial colours, artificial flavours or dairy products. 

Contains sugars (381.36mg per tablet), gluten and sucralose. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
